Things are getting very exciting in Ollies as we count down the days until the first performance of our musical Oliver!

The community has really taken "Poor Wee Oliver" into their hearts. We have been inundated with offers from parents of past and present students, offering their time and talents to make costumes, paint sets, source props and get involved in fundraising events. Thank you all for your support!

This weekend saw the cast and teachers rehearsing intensively on Saturday (10 am- 4pm) in preparation for the first show which will be held next friday 19th for the junior school!

We also have, a great crew of pupils lined up to work behind the scenes. A number of 6th class pupils are painting the final scene of the show so watch out for their artistic efforts.Yet more will be busy backstage keeping everything running smoothly.

Tickets are completely sold out! Which will guarentee a full house each night.

St Oliver Plunkett School production of Oliver Musical runs on the following nights:

Monday 22nd March 7.30pm

Tuesday 23rd March 7.30 pm

Wednesday 24th march 7.30 pm

Welcome to our Oliver Blog rehearsals are well and truly under way. The dedication from all involved, our children, teachers and parents is shining through and helping to make this what we hope will be an outstanding production.

We are taking our pre-order tickets from our cast members now, so hurry up and send those forms back as once the tickets go on general release we're expecting them to outsell Oxygen tickets!

This blog will be used to keep everybody up to date with our preparations so be sure to check in regularly.

Remember to bring your costumes in ASAP and to bring them to Miss Fogarty or Miss Dunne.

If you would like to write an article for our Oliver blog we would love to hear from you just call in to Miss Markey in the Old School Building!
